Lost info!! Help

My daughter turned her phone on today and all her photos, music etc have gone. She shut it down and opened again but theres nothing there. Is there a way to get it back as she has sentimental stuff of her nan on there....Thank you.

All from her Media Card or the device memory?

 

Only music and pictures,.. not email and messages?

 

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
