MY BLACKBERRY CURVE 9380

Good day All

 

My blackberry curve 9380, asked me to reboot and this I did but after a while it started showing me a message saying JVM Error 517 Reset. I'm totally clueless because I've removed my battery also and replaced it back again but its still showing me that text...Please advise me what to do because its the first time this has happened...I really need help like in ASAP!!

 

Hope to get a quick response.

I know how it feels to have this error.

 

Please first update the BlackBerry smartphone to the latest available BlackBerry Device Software version before contacting the wireless service provider for repair or replacement options. For instructions on how to update the BlackBerry Device Software, visit the BlackBerry Device Software Updates web site or see KB03621. 

If the issue persists after reload or upgrade, please contact the wireless service provider for repair or replacement options should the BlackBerry smartphone still fall under the warranty coverage.

See KB30332 for an example of JVM Error 517 that is resolved by a software update.
