I love my new phone and the camera takes great pictures but every time I try to get them off the camera or media card - using Roxio Media Manager my computer stops.

I can email the pictures one a a time, I can see them on my phone but I can't get them from my phone to my computer.

This is so frustrating!

make sure mass storage mode is on in your device

plug into PC and open MY COMPUTER, your BB will sow up there and you can copy/paste to your PC

I've tried that - I'll try it again - I did some Google-ing and I'm not the only one to have problems with Roxio Media Manager - keep hoping they'll come up with a new version.

goto control panel addremove programs and see if you have any roxio, easycd creator or adaptec software there

Thanks for the suggestions - it gives me some hope but no none of those.

I do have a program called HP Memories Disc ....

usually any other version of roxio software causes conflicts with roxio for BB... roxio bought out adaptec but kept their software... adaptec used to make easy cd creator. Thats why I asked for all those.

Another option would be going to start - run, type in MSCONFIG and press enter

across the top are some tabs, click on STARTUP tab.

check in the list and see what are not checked and take note of it... if all are checked dont worry about it.

next click on the button at the bottom DISABLE ALL

click OK

restart PC

you will get a box come up on startup for MS config utility

put a check mark in the box and click OK

then try DTM, media manager

let me know how that goes

Mass storage mode did not work for my BlackBerry. My computer just kept asking me to insert a disk into the drive.

When I'm on roxio I just highlight all my pictures and 'copy up' and it automatically made a new file called 'Devices Download File'
