Memory card

My memory card is displayed on my phone but the file are not been seen I tried changing the memory card but the problem still exists  please help ASAP!!!1

Can you read the card on a computer?

 

Here is what I would try.  Copy the contents of the card to a temporary folder on the computer. Then format the card in the BlackBerry.   And then enable mass storage mode, connect the BlackBerry to the computer, and then copy only your files to the appropriate folders on the media card in the BlackBerry. Then disconnect and test.

So when you formatted the card in the BlackBerry handset it went as it should, no error messages?

I suspect something with the BlackBerry but I'm stumped. See what others say.

By the way, did you try a hard reset (battery pull)? I know you would have turned it off to change the card, but a genuine hard reset may be worth a try.
