Memory used by Blackberry system software is very high

Hi

I am using blackberry curve 9300.

My blackberry has become very slow and it becomes even slower if I try to access internet or download some software's.  I deleted all the third party and some of the native blackberry software's. But still it is slow.

I checked the application memory.

I am using blackberry OS 6.0.0. The memory used by this is very very high. It uses 197.5 MB of total 256 MB available.

Is there something which I can do to

1)  increase my memory to 512 or higher.

2) reduce the size of blackberry os by installing previous versions.

3) Run non vital parts of the OS from memory card.

Let me know if any of the above is possible.

Let me also know if there is any other solution(s).

Please use plain text.

You can use a PC app called ShrinkOS to load a smaller version (without unneeded modules) to your device. Remove unneeded languages, help files, etc.
