Missing CMIME service book

sorry if there's a post already that is the same as this one. i just have a problem with my bb9320. i haven't used it for a while but i did the security wiped on it. now that i wanna use it seems like CMIME service book is now missing and i cant set up any email. it wont allow me to click email account on set up page. i tried to go to routing host under advance set up and click on register now. still got no CMIME address book.  called ISP and was advised that they already send service book and i need to wait 15 mins and do hard reset. still got nothing... please help..:womansad:

Hello x_x_x6 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

To clarify, when you go to Setup>Email Accounts, you are unable to open it? Or you cannot select Internet Mail account?

I cannot select the email acct button for some reason. already called ISP but seems like they dont know what's going on too.

Have a look at KB26055 regarding this issue.
