Missing Certificate BB 8330

When using the BB Desktop Manager I select the Media Manager wanting to transfer ringtones.

 

When selecteding the Media Manager I receive an error msg from 'Roxio Easy Media Creator'  saying "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it"

 

I have tried the disk twice and have downloaded the Manager form BB on the net.  Sans results.

 

Any Ideas???
