I really hope someone can help. I've had my Curve for about a year and have changed my password with gmail successfully a couple of times without a problem, but after the last change I can't validate my BB account. It has my ID username with an incomplete email address but I use another email address for BlackBerry access. It is switching between the two addresses and keeps sending a confirmation email to the incomplete address,meaning I can't access the account at all. Don't know why this is happening as its been fine up til now. And the other little problem is I can't remember the password for the incomplete email address anyway! Any clues please?

So in short, your BlackBerryID email account is wrong?
You can edit or change that www.bbid.com
