I gave my niece a blackberry curve 8520 that my wife had before she upgraded to a 9300 curve. The msn app doesn't seem to be working correctly. My niece has 2 msn accts both work fine on a pc but not her phone. Doesn't matter if shes connected to a wireless network or using mobile internet ( data plan ).
She can sign in she can send messages but does not get a reply. She has the latest version. It has been re-installed but that didn't fix it. I will reset the device if I have to but I was hoping some one might have another idea first.
