I have tried searching for standby issues similar to mine and it seems all anyone can talk about is what is its function and how useful it really is, anyhow, I somehow disabled the mute button from going into standby, if I use it in the music player it will mute just fine, if the device's backlit screen is off and I press it while on the home page it will light up, but it won't do anything after that, I have gone through options for the sound and security and can't seem to find anything, I do have a free trial of eoffice, I enabled my bluetooth and paired it with a couple of devices, but even when I disable bt it still does nothing. Anyone have an answer for this? it was working fine earlier sat. morning. I am a newbie to BB but have gone through Palms and Pocket PC's, other than that I would have to say this device is one of the more intuitive devices I have come across. Thanks in advance
