I am trying to update my app world requires updation but when i m trying it get me a error
the software upgarde was interrupted try again..
Even if I do this it is not getting update.. Please help

Thanks for yor mail, & sorryto reply u late.. but it is not working... When I am trying it say reset your password.. than followed by passwrd send on your bB id.. I just don't knwo how to get that
Please suggest.. my op's system is 7.0
