Thats valid!! battery pull will always work...
But if you still have the same problem, confirm the error message that you receive once you access the internet.
By the way, are you connected to the internet using your service provider's network or over WiFi?
Also confirm that you have the Internet service books on your device
Go to the home screen on your BlackBerry
Look for options
Select advanced options
Go to Servicebooks
Look for IPPP for BlackBerry Internet Service service book
Also should be another one that says Browsing or browse..

My web browser was working up to 1pm today, by the signal it has GMS by it it wont let me acces the internet at all what can i do

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
