My PIN is double

hi i have an issue that my pin is used by somebody else.

is there possible? because my picture in my contact has changed an when my girlfriend chat with me BBM is there somebody else answered and when she ask him about number of pin, he said the pin and its same pin with me...

what can i do?

that's really happen,,

but now is normal again my another friend said that it must be clone by someone else,

but need 1 month to blackberry server suspend that clone pin...

i hope as soon as possible to suspend that clone pin because it really bother me....

I'm glad that it's now working as you wanted.

I still that PIN is cloned and it will be automatically be cleared. Never heard of it!!!

From what i know, every device has a different unique PIN :smileyhappy:

BB server should stop outrightly all cloned pins and charged the perptrators
I had similar issue and it is highly frustrating
