When I go into the App World, it says these exact words 'We cannot connect you to BlackBerry App World. Please ensure that your device is connected to the wireless network and try again'. I don't know why it does that as I am connected to my Network. When I load Twitter, it shows tweets from a while ago. When I try to refrest it says ' Twitter services are unavailable'. When I load facebook it says 'We cannot reach the Facebook server at this time. Please try agin later. (100). These apps do work sometimes but they always stop working alot and im freaking out! PLease help

OK, no need to freak out...it's just technology, after all.
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you contact your mobile service provider for formal support as they are responsible for delivering ALL services to you.
