Hi nicachristine1988 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

Are you able to enable Wi-Fi on your BlackBerry® smartphone? Does it detect any Wi-Fi networks?  Also, check to see if you have an IT Policy enabled on your device under Options>Security Options>Information.
