Hey, sorry im sure everyone has seen countless 'blackberry is broken'etc messages and it turns out to be a simple battery pull as the answer, well I think I have nearly tried everything and have been patient with my phone.... My charger has a blue light on it so I know when it is working as the light flashes (so I know its not the charger) but when I charge my phone the red light comes on and it goes to the reboot screen or a few seconds and then goes back to a black screen, then might repeat this a few times before not coming on again. It has also shown the battery with a lightening bolt and a red cross through it... I have used blackberry desktop software and have tried clearing my phone, re adding the OS but it just doesn't do anything yet it hasn't died completely as the reboot image comes up before dying again!
Any help or suggestions is very much appreciated
