My curve

I went to use my blackberry earlier on and the scroller pad won't work at all I don't know if its broken or what, it did this the other day but I managed to fix it but I don't know what to do now as I can't seem to fix it this time

Welcome to the BB Community...


Do the following, it might help...

 

Take out the battery of ur BB when ur BB is ON...keep it that way for 5-10 mins, then press the trackpad and keep it pressed for say 5 seconds...repeat is 2-3 times n then replace the battery and let ur BB restart...now see, if the issue has been solved or not...

Remember,even if it works, it might be a temporary solution only...if the problem keeps on coming back or worsen, then do visit a BB service Center and get the trackpad replaced by a professional...do take the backup of ur BB b4 visiting the Service Center coz they wud reinstall the OS after replacement of trackpad...
