Can you please clarify where it is that your password isn't accepted? Is this when trying to access your email on the computer?

If you are unable to access the email account from a computer you will not be able to add it to the BlackBerry smartphone. I'd recommend contacting the mail provider to obtain access and then trying to re-add it to the BlackBerry smartphone once you can login to it from a computer.

I would suggest getting in touch with your mobile network provider for password reset assistance as it looks like the email account may be hosted throught them.
