I'm trying to setup my email but when I tried opening the Setup, there's no icon for email. So I tried to search the application, when it showed the email setup application, I clicked on it but there's no response. Please help.

First of all try a Battery pull restart like this device POWERED ON remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert ,after reboot see if it allows .
If that fails then from your BlackBerry Browser browse to www.blackberry.com/integrate and try setting up our personal emails if you have BIS on your account.
