Não consigo utilizar o aplicativo facebook aparece uma mensagem assim

NO MOMENTO SEU PLANO NÃO OFERECE SUPORTEA ESTE APLICATIVO ENTRE EM CONTATO COM O PROVEDOR DE SERVIÇOS PARA FAZER A ATUALIZAÇÃO DO SEU PLANO DE DADOS.
