Hi

I have had a Blackberry Curve 9630 for just over a year now, and all of a sudden the square scroller/button has stopped selecting and when I try to scroll it doesn't move around as easily as it had done. Now my Blackberry keeps restarting itself and when it get to my background it doesn't let me scroll/select anything, it just reboots itself again. I have left the battery out for around 5 minuets and then put it back it yet the problem is still occurring. So I was just wondering what I can do to get my Blackberry fixed, it has a 2 year guarantee on it.

Hello,my blackberry 9360 is also doing the same 3weeks after I upgraded from os7 to os7.1.I did reload another os using BBsak after it started doing that but still,pls help!!!
I now thnk mybe is the hardware
