I just recently re-activated my blackberry. I want to use my previous user name but says the account is suspended. How do I reset it so I can use my previous login and blackberry email?
Contact your carrier to solve the issue. If the ID is not already taken by anyone else then they can make that free (provided that they have such policy).

Can you remember the password that you used with your user name? If yes then try logging in using those info in carrier's BIS site. This might allow you to free it usp. But as far as I know you can't do it by yourself. You need either carrier or RIMs help in this regard.
