Need help with my curve!

Hi,

 

My curve suddenly stopped playing music through my headphones...???? I don't know if I accidentally turned something off or what.  I was listening to music in the morning through headphones, charged my phone, and when I went to do it again in the afternoon the music will play through the speaker and not the headphones...any advice anyone???

 

I tried to reboot by taking out the battery etc. and that didn't work.

 

Any advice appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your BlackBerry® Curve™ smartphone.

 

When you insert your earphones into your Curve then adjust the volume, do you see a headphone icon or a speaker icon? 

 

If you were to try these earphones in another media device, do they work? Have you tried another pair of earphones in your Curve?
