I've ALWAYS had a Blackberry since they developed them...Since getting a Curve 9530 I've had the WORST luck with them...I've wasted hundreds of my hard earned dollars on these phones...I feel this company should reward me for all the years of using their device by sending me a new phone at no cost...My 9530 has completely stopped, track plate stopped working, charger jack is broken, it will shut off and not come back on for up to 2 weeks...CRAZY I TELL YOU...I NEED A NEW AND IMPROVED BLACKBERRY PLEASE!!!!!
