Late December 2012 I bought a new Blackberry Curve 9320 at FNAC in Brussels, Belgium.
Early January 2013 I returned the product to FNAC because there was dust entering the screen on the side. The repair took more than four weeks and eventually, I got a new phone back. However, the new phone was a Blackberry Curve 9300 model without flash. I already informed FNAC, but they do not react. What should I do?

You need to press FNAC harder. They should replace your device with a like model unless that model has been discontinued.
What is FNAC?

FNAC is a large book, CD, DVD and electronics store in Belgium and France (like FRYS in the US).

Ok, I understand.
You need to pressure them. They did you wrong.

It took a lot of convincing that this was not acceptable and finally after checking on the Internet, the shop keeper agreed to exchange for the right 9320 model. Finally, after two months we can start to enjoy to use a BlackBerry.
Let us hope this is the end of the story.
