My Carrier: ORANGE

New Curve 9360 doesn't work!

I am on contract and this is the third phone I have recieved anew.

I turned it on and went to BBM,to add people's pins and such.

I recieved no requests and people didn't recieve mine,either.

I do have a data plan and everything,and that doesn't work, and I don't know how to restore my contacts from my media card or email?

I restored by using Blackberry Protect,but it's not letting me restore things?

Can you send me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate further?

 

Also when was the last time BBM was working or any data?  Do you have upper case EDGE, 3G or GSM or is it lowercase on the Blackberry Curve 9360?
