New Curve 9360

When accessing Blackberry App World to use on new 9360  message says must upgrade to latest version.  When trying to do this, the Sign In says Unsupported Operating System.  What should I do next ??

Hello,
try going to blackberry.com/appworld from your browser and update from there, also which BBOS are you running on? 7 or 7.1?

I think BBOS is 7.1.  I have been going to appworld that way. I still keep getting the must upgrade message.  When I click on this it takes me to appworld/blackberry.com, I see a blue ,ine as if it is upgrading, but then the same thing happens.  I am going to reboot the phone now in case that is the problem.

Did not help.  Also tried to download an app and message said cookies were turned off, but they are not...

I forgot to mention if blackberry.com/appworld from your browser didn't help you can always visit rroyy.com/ota for all the BlackBerry Apps by RIM
