I just received my replacement 8330 from Verizon today, and went to setup my email, but to no avail, there is no option for setting up email, just the Blackberry Enterprise option or skip email setup. Did I do something wrong here or can someone please direct me to where I may solve this problem.

Thanks for the welcome, this is my personal phone, I believe I know what happened now though...somewhere along the line, I guess Verizon and BlackBerry didn't talk to each other after I activated my phone, but it appears now the problem is solved. Thanks for your time though!
