Hi Dear

 

As I already asked on my first post to be sure you should have an active BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS . The status indicates that you don't have that . Without that BlackBerry Messenger will not work .

i think i have that. cause before upgrading my BBM i can still use and send messages to my BBM friends and still have my contacts. until I upgrade it its all gone.

Ok then try this :

 

First Register your Handheld .

  • KB00510 : How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
  • Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.

Then Click Options from the main screen >  Click BlackBerry ID > Are you login with your BlackBerry ID ? 

 

If you are login then try those steps again :

 

Resend your Service Book

  • KB02830 : Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • ( Wait till a Registration Message comes in your message box for each email that you have configured on your device )

Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back

 

Please note if your you're unable to recieve those Registration message then you have to call your Carrier Globe to know if the problem is within your account or the problem is on there side. Without connected to BIS you won't be able your BBM on your deviice . So please try those steps and if fail then call your carrier.

i have a same problem bbm stuck on the blue screen .
my Service Status is > BlackBerry Internet Service = not connected.
how can i connected my BlackBerry Internet Service????

Hi rahimuddin

 

To use BBM application we need a specific BlackBerry Data Plan also know as BIS from our Carrier or Mobile network provider . So all you have to do is call or contact your Carrier to activate BIS on your SIM account , then you'll be connected to BlackBerry Internet Services which will solve your issue with BBM.
