I've just got a Blackberry 8900 and I only seem to have a hotspot browser and not a blackberry browser and so I can't look at blackberry help!
I also can't set up my email. I only have one option and that's the "I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server"
I've tried resetting in the host routing table in options but it hasn't worked. Any ideas?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? You must.
Then you will get the icon for "personal email setup".
If you DO already have that Data Plan: resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.

haha... that's the usual problem with the telco. if you still have any concern just post here. i think people here in the forums are faster to respond than the telco. unless it requires additional config from the telco. ![]()
