My Blackberry Curve recently got an App Error 523 message and would continuously reset itself. I was unable to get much help through my mobile provider and I hooked upto Blackberry website and downloaded new software. When I did this, I no longer have the option to connect to the internet, or use Wi-Fi. There isn't even an option anywhere on my phone for an internet connection. Please Help!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should again contact your mobile service provider for formal support...they are responsible for 100% of your service delivery along with 100% of your formal support, for which you PAY them every month.
