That is your BIS site, delete your email addresses, resend your service books, and recreate your email addresses.

Let me know,

Thanks

Re: No able to received e-mails....

What are service books?  I am having the same problem with Sprint.  Was receiving e-mails fine and all of a sudded stopped.

Second question: I have a curve, how do i add emoticons to SMS messages and email?

Hi Lj123 and welcome to the forums!

It would be best if you go to the top of the main page, and use the "New message" button to open a new thread.

This way more people will see your problem and you will have more help. Because this thread is resolved less people will read it. When you open your thread tell us what kind of phone, carrier and email you use.

Ok?

Thanks,

Re: No able to received e-mails....

Thanks for the welcome.  I would be happy to add a  new message, however I can't find that option.  I have looked everywhere (except where it actually is I guess).  I logged off, then logged back in and still do not see where i go to add a new message.

Obviously new to this and will probably have UTS (user too stupid) questions for awhile.  Can you tell me specifically where the new message option is?  Thanks.

Re: No able to received e-mails....

Hi there...I have the same affliction...I keep using the Help function....there is a button on the upper left side of the postings that says NEW THREAD...

I'm really new too and came back to see if there was anything new to see...hang in there...hopefully it will get easier as we become familiar with this forum...

Re: No able to received e-mails....

What I was talking about, on the first page listing all the threads there is a grey bar. All the way to the right it says "New Message". That is where you open a new thread.  ok?
