No access to Blackberry World via WiFi

Can anyone help?

 

I have two blackberry curves (9300 and 8520) and a Blackberry Bold 9780, at present the 8520 and 9780 will access Blackberry App world via WiFi connection but  the 9300 will not. They all have up to date software on board.

 

What is the reason for this?

Please read this:  Article ID: KB23854 "A data plan is required to use this feature" sometimes appears in BlackBerry App World
