I am missing the email icon on my 8320. I have reset (soft & hard) and wiped data to default. I have the plan for email and internet, but I cannot open the email setup. The phone was used by somebody else before me, could this have something to do with my problem? (I have un-hid all icons, etc.)

Sorry, but I don't understand.  Are you missing the icon to an email account you have already setup or are you missing the icon to set it up?

Do you have the setup wizard icon? You can setup email from there as well.

I do have the setup wizard, but it only gives me the option to setup email thru Blackberry Enterprise or skip email setup; I want to setup my personal email.

Is your phone company issued or your own personal phone?  If it is company issued your IT deparment may have it blocked from receiving personal email.

It's a personal phone. I bought it used (it had already been set up for email from the previous owner). I deleted the old account and haven't been able to setup a new email since...

Ok, where on the phone did you go to delete the old email account, or did you just wipe the phone?

So when you click on setup wizard and then on email setup, the first option should say I want to create or add an email address. Does it.?
