No sound

I have no sound notification at all.  I checked all profiles...All is in order.

This happened suddenly.

 

Is this a hardware problem?

Yesterday everything worked ok...this morning nothing does...

If your sure nothing is wrong with the profiles then take the battery out for 10 seconds.

Actually, it is very odd...

I had no sound at all for half a day and tried everything...including taking the battery out for one or two seconds...and nothing worked.

After half a day it started working again...stopped again for a few hours...and now it's working again.

 

Next time it happens I'll try to take the battery out for over 10 seconds, as suggested.

 

My Blackberry is still under guarantee...should I get this fixed as being a hardware problem?

Sorry... I must have clicked the "accepted solution"...but I don't this the solution has been found really...This problem should not have happened indeed, and was solved by doing...nothing...which shows there is a real problem somewhere!
