Plese Tell Me How to activate Email Or Enterprise Activation.

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
Have you activated BlackBerry Data Plan also known as BIS on your account , If not then call your Carrier to Actvate BIS on your account , you need that in order to use personal email services on your device.

As Prince mentioned above if you BlackBerry data plan then you'll be able to integrate email ID by following below instruction -

As already asked have you activated BlackBerry Data Plan on your account from your Carrier Tata Docomo ?
