You need to talk to your email admins...they would need to have in place an appropriate internet-facing email service (e.g., POP, IMAP) that is working against your Notes server OR they would have to have installed a BES system working with your Notes Server. In either case, you need to talk to your NOTES admins as they should know what services are available to you.
