Not receiving email

I was receiving my company emails just fine until my password expired.  I changed my password on our network and then also changed it in the Email Setup section on blackberry.com.  However, I have not received a single email since.  Probably something simply, but I have no idea how to start getting my emails again.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Re: Not receiving email

I would try deleting the email account on the BB and re-creating it so it gets re-verified.

Let me know if this helps, or if you need more assistance.

Re: Not receiving email

That seems to have fixed the problem.  Any idea what would have caused this and whether I'll have to do this each time my password expires?

Thanks for your help!

Re: Not receiving email

Well I know you are going to have to change your pswd on the BB, but you might talk to your IT people. I don't think deleting the account should be necessary.

Glad you got it working!
