O.S. v 5

I have the 8520 and it says on the blackberry site that it is supported by the new software but yet I cannot instal it or maybe i'm just trying to instal it incorrectly but every way I try fails. I am with Fido. I tried emailing them baout it bt they said they had no idea. Glad to see they can help, so this is why I'm trusting that someone here is smarter then us Canadians and can help me out. Thanks =)

In order to update to OS 5.0 you need a BlackBerry data plan on the device. Do you have a BB data plan on your account?  If so, you can follow the instructions(exactly) here:
