OS 4.5 on Verizon 8330?

Can MTS Mobility's OS 4.5 update be used on VZWs 8330?  If so, what are the advantages and what features are gained?

 

Thanks from a almost noob coming over from Pocket PC and almost completely happy with the transition

Hi and Welcome to the forums,

Verizon does not support OS 4.5 as yet. You might want to wait until they do, so you can get the right support from

them. I don't recommend it but if you have to have the new OS please do a search in the grey box on the upper tight of this board and I'm sure you will find your answer.
