I have one missed call showing up on my 8330.  I know I don't have any.  It just showed up there the other day and I can't remove it. 

Any idea's?

Try pulling out your battery while the phone is on. Leave it out for 30 seconds. When you put the battery back in the phone will automatically reboot itself, then your icon should be gone!

Thanks.  I tried that already.....no go.  It's starting to get me aggravated....lol.  Gonna get this fixed sooner or later.

Did you try erasing your call log? If there are no calls there perhaps the icon will go away?

from the help on the blackberry :
messages application >> help >> email message forwarding >> Reset a blocked message counter

it says to try this :

1. in the device options, click Security Options
2. Click Firewall.
3. Highlight a message type.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Reset Count or Reset All Counts.

That was an excellent tip.....I didn't know you could do that.  Unfortunatley it did not work.  I'm still searching......

WOW, that is one tough icon! I know it sounds silly but have you tried missing a another call and let the indicator go to 2 and then acknowledge that missed call? Maybe it's just a fluke thing and it will go away when you check the call you know you missed.

Tried that also....counter went up to 5.  Reset back to 1.  UGH!!!
