I am having troubles opening a link in a received email on a BB 8310.
I can access the internet from the browser in the menu, but when clicking on a link I get an error that I cannot connect to the internet.
Anyone had this problem before?

When you open your browser, what options do you have set in the general area ie.
Browser = Blackberry Browser
Emulation Mode = Blackberry
Also, have you do a test, like sending yourself an email with a standard link in it
Example one : www.google.com
Example two : http://www.google.com
and see if that makes any difference.

What type of error propmt you're getting?

The error message I get is:
Cannot connect to the internet. Try again later. If the problem still occurs, please contact your provider.
I had the same error message when I had my BB with AT&T, they looked at my account and found I was missing some feature - not sure what it was... but in my case, i could use the BlackBerry Browser fine but not the normal AT&T browser and I'm guessing that your browser works fine when not clicking on email links?
