I'm in a hurry, I just put my new SIM CARD of a French operator Free.fr, and everything is working except for the Internet .
I called to Free trying to solve the problem cause I did all the instructions the give me, but finally they told me that I have to contact with Blackberry services.
There was an option for the Sim card for BB that I activeted but I didn't recieve any mesage from BB and it's supposed that I have to recieve.
what can I do? could somebody contact me?

From what you say, I cannot tell what you have already attempted. Therefore, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you will need to work with FREE for escalation into RIM for enhanced support...RIM provides zero front-line support, only via escalation from a proper support channel (e.g., the carriers, resellers, and service centers) can end users receive free support direct from RIM.
