Options for changing signature and others don't appear in email settings menu

Having finally found out how to change the signature from my BB and stop sent emails being sent back to me (from my Gmail account) the options to do this do not appear in any of the menus.

Help!

Thanks - but do you have the web address for the BIS?  I don't know how to access it on my computer.

The web address is specific to your wireless service provider.

For AT&T users its www.att.blackberry.com

I don't know anyone elses, sorry

For Verizon: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html/?c=10&a=4

In your profile you can specify your device and carrier. I think it provides others more information quicker.

Hope this helps!
