Good morning.

Yes, I did right click.  I tried the command prompt by right clicking on both blackberry and going to accessories and right clicking on the command prompt there.  Still had problems.

I'm almost positive that I have Outlook set up as my default email location.

Hi,

When you  go into the sync wizard to setup your calendar, contacts ect, for each, on the top of the page it says profile.

Does it say Outlook?

Thank you for your help.  Ended up on phone direct with Blackberry this afternoon.  Everything resolved.  Appreciate you helping me!

It was the command prompt.  However, I did not know to put .. behind the cd.  Once I figured that out and was able to do everything else you had suggested, everything worked fine.
