Owners Lounge Entry

I forgot my password so they sent me a new one that DOESN'T work. I tried a new registration and that doesn't work because it says that the usernaname (Email address) belongs to someone else. It does, to me.

What do I do now?

I contacted the support, they said I did not exist, then I tried again 20 times in a row then it worked.

and then I asked myself why all the pain, since all you can do in the lounge is available free of charge on the internet.

I will bypass the lounge. I have enough passwords.

The same thing happened on my Norton account. I still can't get in but who cares. When it's renew time, I'll just cancel.
