I have been using it for over year and 1/2.  I keep most of my passwords in there and have never had anyone hack it.  It uses an encryption algorthm and requires a password to get into it, which I try to change on a regular basis.

I am having one problem right now, i used the device transfer function from my Pearl to my new Curve.  Everything works great (didn't even lose any email messages), but Password Keeper is asking for my old password, and it will not work.  anyone know how i can change the password but not lose the data?

Im still wondering how to get into mine. What happens if i reach 10 attempts of trying to open it?

n2xsru, do you have anything stored in it? If not go ahead and enter the wrong password 10 times. It will erase everything stored in password keeper but if you have nothing in there then you have nothing to worry about. It will then ask you to create a new password.

So can you save the password keeper file on your laptop and print it??

I don't know about that. But you can certainly create a word document on your computer and type in the same info there that you have in password keeper. You can then print that.

I was wondering if, other than menu>copy id/password, there was any way to get Password Keeper to automatically transfer the sign-in information to the target without having to switch back and forth from browser to P-K.

Too bad there is no RoboForm for the BlackBerry.

Just hit the space bar and then enter if you did not set a password.  It worked for me last night.

Thanks for the tip... I'd been afraid to continue trying because the tech at the store I got my phone from told me that it would wipe out EVERYTHING if I didn't enter it properly 10X.... so for 1 year now I've sat with 7 failed attempts to get in... today I entered the info wrong another 3x and created a new password, one that I will remember!

I no longer have Password Keeper after upgrading to v4.5 system software.  How can I get it again?!?

im not sure, but u said you had v4.5. Do you get html email? i have tried installing 4.5 on my 8330 and i havent had any luck with it.
