PIN already exist

I  bougth a new blackberry curve 8300 from AT&T and i moved to Venezuela and im working with Telefonica (cell phone company) when i try to register my PIN and my IMEI i received a message saying that this PIN is alredy registered. I called AT&T and Telewfonica and anyone could not help. let my nkow if there is a solution. thanks

if you had your BIS account and emailks set up with ATT, you have to call them so they can release your PIN and you can create new account with Telefonica, or get telefonica to get this esacalated to RIM and they will release the PIN
