Hi all, my mum has set her phone up but has put a wrong email address as her BlackBerry ID and can't remember her password! so now i can't log into change the password as she has also inputting the wrong email address. I have registered her again online but the phone will not appected this say's the wrong ID for this phone, what can i do? Thanks
