PLEASE help me!!!!! with app error 523

i cannot figure out what to do here.  i was using my phone earlier today and when i picked it up it had app error 523 reset.  pushed that and it just went back to that screen again.  i took out the sim card, the battery and left it out for a while, put it back in.........well it's not working!  HELP me!  this is the only way i can communicate with anyone.

Hello. What happens after the device did boot up? Does it still show the whitescreen with the app error?

ok after going through all of that the desktop manager says i have no files supporting my device.  what the hell happened?

which software application is the right one to download?  i have the curve 8300, do i remove my existing one and then download the newer one?  if so, which one do i download?

You can download either and install on your PC - either the same version you have now, or a newer OS (but must be for the 8300).  If you install a newer version to your PC, though, when you connect to Desktop Manager you will be prompted to upgrade.

ok the phone that i have is the 8310 blackberry.  i have done everything that i was rold to do by my carrier and it still isn't working. besides wanting to throw this thing across the room, i am at the limit of my patience.  what i am i doing wrong?  please help me.  not having my phone working today cost me 3 photo shoots.  please answer ASAP!
